BC Divorce Online was created by Robert N. Stacey, a Barrister and Solicitor in Nanaimo, British Columbia Canada. Working out of the Old City Quarter Law Office in downtown Nanaimo, Robert Stacey has been practicing law for 19 years, 14 of those in Nanaimo.

Eighty percent of my practice is in the area of family law and real estate conveyancing.  I have helped hundreds of families and individuals navigate through the legal aspects of divorce, custody of and access to children, spousal and child support, property division, adoption and child protection.
